Am 30.04.1997 starb Phan Văn Toàn an den Folgen einer gewalttätigen Auseinandersetzung am S‑Bahnhof Fredersdorf bei Berlin. 25 Jahre später wollen wir erinnern: An den Menschen Phan Văn Toàn. An die Tat, die trotz rassistischer Aussagen des Haupttäters gegen Vietnames*innen nicht als rassistische Tat verurteilt wurde. Und daran, dass (anti-asiatischer) Rassismus ein aktuelles Thema ist, das in Fredersdorf und darüber hinaus benannt und bekämpft werden muss.
Die Gedenkinitiative Phan Văn Toản lädt ein zur Gedenkveranstaltung am 30.04.2022
Programm:
- 14 Uhr Kundgebung am S‑Bhf Fredersdorf, anschließend gemeinsames Laufen zur Angerscheune Dorfstraße 1, 15370 Petershagen/Eggersdorf
- 16 Uhr Öffentliches Gespräch „Erinnerung als politische Intervention – Aktuelle Herausforderungen antirassistischer und antifaschistischer Erinnerungsarbeit“
mit Vertreter*innen der Initiative 12. August (Merseburg), der Initiative Châu und Lân (Hamburg), der Gedenkinitiative Phan Văn Toàn in Fredersdorf und der Beratungsstelle für Opfer rechter Gewalt (Strausberg), moderiert von Dr. Kimiko Suda - 12–18 Uhr Ausstellung „Kein Schöner Land“ zur Erinnerung an die Todesopfer rechter Gewalt in Brandenburg des Vereins Opferperspektive e.V.
Zur Gedenkveranstaltung möchten wir besonders Personen aus vietnamesisch(-deutschen), weiteren asiatischen/Asiatisch-Deutschen und anderen (post)migrantischen Communities einladen, sowie Personen, die in Deutschland Rassismus und Antisemitismus erfahren. Wir hoffen auf viele Anwohner*innen aus Fredersdorf und Umgebung und Teilnehmende aus Berlin.
Für alle, die nicht alleine von Berlin nach Fredersdorf fahren möchten: Wir treffen uns als Gruppe um 13 Uhr am Gleis 3/Berlin Ostkreuz.
Während der Veranstaltung wird ein Team für die Sicherheit der Teilnehmenden sorgen.
Lasst uns viele sein und lasst uns zeigen, dass die Tat und vor allem der Mensch Phan Văn Toàn nicht vergessen sind! Erinnern heißt verändern!

Ngày 30.04.1997, Phan Văn Toản đã mất vì chấn thương sau một cuộc xung đột bạo lực tại bến tàu S‑Bahn Fredersdorf tại Berlin. 25 năm sau chúng tôi vẫn đang: Nhớ đến con người Phan Văn Toản. Nhớ đến sự thật không bị phán xét và công nhận là kì thị chủng tộc đó, dù lời nói của kẻ gây án chính đã thể hiện sự kì thị chống lại người Việt Nam. Và nhớ rằng, Kì thị chủng tộc (bài người châu Á) là một vấn đề thời sự cần phải được nhắc đến và đấu tranh tại Fredersdorf và rộng hơn nữa.
Gedenkinitiative Phan Văn Toản – Sáng kiến Tưởng Nhớ Phan Văn Toản mời các bạn tham gia sự kiện tưởng niệm vào ngày 30.04.2022.
Chương trình:
- 14 giờ: Tập trung tại bến tàu S‑Bahn Fredersdorf, cùng đi bộ đến phố Angerscheune Dorfstrasse 1, 15370 Petershagen/Eggersdorf.
- 16 giờ: Trò chuyện công cộng “Ghi nhớ là sự can thiệp mang tính chính trị – Những thử thách trong công tác chống kì thị chủng tộc và chống phát xít”
Cùng đại diện của Initiative 12. August – Sáng Kiến 12 Tháng Tám (Merserburg), Initiative Châu und Lân – Sáng Kiến Châu und Lân (Hamburg), Gedenkinitiative Phan Văn Toản – Sáng Kiến Tưởng Nhớ Phan Văn Toản tại Fredersdorf và Beratungsstelle für Opfer rechter Gewalt – Điểm tư vấn cho nạn nhân của bạo lực cánh hữu (Strausberg), dẫn dắt chương trình bởi Tiến Sĩ Kimiko Suda. - 12–18 giờ: Triển lãm “Kein Schöner Land” (tiếng Việt: Không phải một đất nước xinh đẹp – cách viết sai ngữ pháp) để tưởng nhớ các nạn nhân của bạo lực cánh hữu tại Brandenburg thuộc Opferperspektive e.V. – Hiệp hội Góc nhìn nạn nhân.
Chúng tôi đặc biệt thân mời người Việt, Việt Kiều, người Đức gốc Việt, những người châu Á, người Đức gốc Á và cộng đồng (hậu) di cư khác, cũng như những người từng trải qua nạn kì thị chủng tộc và nạn bài Do Thái tại Đức. Chúng tôi mong chờ sự tham gia của những người dân đang và đã từng sống tại Fredersdorf và vùng lân cận, cũng như người tham gia đến từ khu vực Berlin.
Dành cho những ai không muốn đi một mình từ Berlin đến Fredersdorf: Chúng ta sẽ gặp nhau lúc 13 giờ tại đường ray số 3/ bến tàu Berlin Ostkreuz và di chuyển theo nhóm.
Trong quá trình diễn ra sự kiện sẽ có một nhóm phụ trách bảo đảm an ninh cho người tham gia ở đó.
Hãy để chúng ta cùng đứng bên nhau và hãy để chúng ta chỉ rõ ra rằng, hành động ấy và trên tất cả con người Phan Văn Toản chưa bị lãng quên. Ghi nhớ chính là thay đổi!

Phan Văn Toàn’u tanıyor muydunuz? 30.4 tarihinde Berlin yakınlarındaki Fredersdorf’ta düzenlenecek olan anma etkinliğine katılın.
Phan Văn Toàn, 30 Nisan 1997’de Berlin yakınlarındaki Fredersdorf S-Bahn istasyonunda çıkan şiddetli bir kavga sonucu hayatını kaybetti. Öldürülüşünün 25. yılında Phan Văn Toàn’I anıyoruz. Ana failin Viyetnamlılara yönelik ırkçı beyanlarına rağmen, saldırı ırkçı bir eylem olarak görülmedi. Asya-karşıtı ırkçılık, Fredersdorf başta olmak üzere her yerde mücadele edilmesi gereken güncel bir sorundur.
Phan Văn Toản Anma Girişimi olarak sizi 30 Nisan 2022’deki anma etkinliğine davet ediyoruz.
Program:
- Saat 14:00: Fredersdorf S-Bahn istasyonunda toplanma ve ardından 15370 Petershagen/Eggersdorf/Angerscheune Dorfstraße 1’e yürüyüş
- Saat 16:00: Dr. Kimiko Suda moderatörlüğünde, 12 Ağustos Girişimi (Merseburg), Châu ve Lân Girişimi (Hamburg), Fredersdorf’taki Phan Văn Toàn Anma Girişimi ve Sağcı Şiddet Mağdurları İçin Danışma Merkezi (Strausberg) temsilcileriyle birlikte kamusal tartışma: „Siyasi bir müdahale olarak hafıza: Irkçılık ve faşizm karşıtı hatırlama ve anma çalışmalarında karşılaşılan güncel sorunlar“
- Saat 12:00 – 18:00: Brandenburg sağcı şiddet mağdurları anısına Opferperspektive e.V./ ( Kurban Perspektifi Derneği) tarafından düzenlenen „Kein Schöner Land“ (Daha Güzel Bir Ülke Yok) Sergisi
Vietnam(-Alman) ve diğer Asya/Asya-Alman asıllılar ve (post)göçmen toplulukları başta olmak üzere, Almanya’da ırkçılığa ve anti-Semitizme maruz bırakılan herkesi anma etkinliğine davet ediyor; Fredersdorf ve çevre sakinlerinin yanı sıra Berlin’den gelecek olan katılımcıları aramızda görmeyi umut ediyoruz.
Berlin’den Fredersdorf’a yalnız seyahat etmek istemeyenler, saat 13:00’da Berlin- Ostkreuz S-Bahn istasyonu 3. Peronda bize katılabilirler.
Etkinlik sırasında, katılımcıların güvenliğinden sorumlu bir ekip bulunacaktır.

Did you know Phan Văn Toàn? Invitation to a memorial gathering on 30.4. in Fredersdorf near Berlin
On April 30, 1997, Phan Văn Toàn died due to a violent confrontation at the S-Bahn station in Fredersdorf near Berlin. 25 years later, we want to remember: the individual Phan Văn Toàn; the assault, which was not condemned as a racist act despite the racist statements of the main perpetrator against Vietnamese people; and that (anti-Asian) racism is a major current issue, which must be named and confronted both in Fredersdorf and beyond.
The memorial initiative Phan Văn Toản invites you to the memorial gathering on 30.04.2022
Program:
- 2 p.m. Rally at S-Bhf Fredersdorf, followed by a joint walk to the Angerscheune Dorfstraße 1, 15370 Petershagen/Eggersdorf.
- 4 p.m. Public discussion „Remembrance as political intervention – current challenges of antiracist and antifascist remembrance work with representatives of the Initiative 12. August (Merseburg), the Initiative Châu und Lân (Hamburg), the memorial initiative Phan Văn Toàn in Fredersdorf and the counseling center for victims of right-wing violence (Strausberg), moderated by Dr. Kimiko Suda
- 12-6 p.m. Exhibition „Kein Schöner Land“ („No country more beautiful“) in memory of the victims of right-wing violence in Brandenburg by the association Opferperspektive e.V.
We would like to especially invite people from Vietnamese (-German), other Asian/Asian-German and other (post-) migrantic communities to the memorial event, as well as people who experience racism and anti-Semitism in Germany. We are hoping for many residents from Fredersdorf and the surrounding area and participants from Berlin to join the event as well.
For those who do not want to travel alone from Berlin to Fredersdorf: We will meet as a group at 1pm at platform 3 at Berlin Ostkreuz.
During the event a team will take care of the safety of the participants.
Let us be many and let us show that the crime and especially the person Phan Văn Toàn are not forgotten! To remember means to bring about change!
